Due to Coronavirus concerns, the Elbridge Free Library will not be sponsoring our annual community-wide garage sale day and donut/hot dog sale. We are in the process of planning an annual fundraiser that falls in line with county and state safety standards.
Coronavirus Pandemic Update:
Beginning July 6, the Elbridge Free Library will be open to patrons during limited hours. Patrons must wear masks when entering the building and maintain a distance of 6' from other patrons and staff members. If patrons are still uncomfortable coming into the building, we are still able to bring your items to you car. Please call 315-689-7111.
Temporary July 2020 Hours:
We ARE receiving delivery from other OCPL libraries! This means you are able to place holds on books we don't have in Elbridge, and pick them up once they are delivered to us.
If this is a popular item, you will be added to the waiting list. Even if this item isn't at the Elbridge Library, it will be shipped to us within a few days and we will call you when it arrives.
Your barcode is listed on the back of your library card. Your 4-digit pin number is something you entered at the library when you first signed up for your library card. If you have forgotten this number, simply call us (315-689-7111) and we can reset it for you remotely.
Be sure your pickup library is selected as "Elbridge Free Library"!
More popular titles often have longer than normal waiting lines. If you continue and approve your request in the OCPL queue, your item will ship to Elbridge when it is available and we will call you when it arrives.
You can also explore your account to see the status of your holds, as well as the status of your account such as items out and fines.
Due to current COVID-19 Pandemic restrictions, the EFL is creating weekly pick-up bags and materials for our littlest patrons to enjoy. Our second bag is ready for pickup starting July 8! Follow the link below for more information.
We are pleased to announce that the Elbridge Library will be offering 15 loans per patron per month on the Hoopla app during the Coronavirus social distancing efforts. Please contact us if you need assitance with Hoopla during this time.
OCPL is pleased to announce a temporary digital library card to provide you access to online content including downloadable and streaming ebooks, audiobooks, videos and music, online learning opportunities, and research databases.
The mission of the Elbridge Free Library is to enhance literacy, inspire curiosity, and develop community connections

BookBrowse is your guide to exceptional books, providing you with all you need to know about the books that matter.
Because there are far too many books published for you to read about all of them, let alone read them all, BookBrowse seeks out and recommends only the best of the best. Then, we give you all the information you need to decide which are just right for you.
Curious what if the book your reading is part of a series? Or perhaps what might be next in the series?
What's Next® is a Books in Series database that
helps you search series fiction.
A series is two or more books linked by character(s),
settings, or other common traits. Simply type in any/all info and the database points you in the right direction.
